The LBGTIQ & Allies Task Force is a statewide collaboration of members of the Michigan Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (MCADSV) who meet throughout the year to address issues of domestic and sexual violence within the LBGTIQ community. The LBGTIQ & Allies Task Force is governed by the Planning Committee, a body of at least 7, but no more than 12, members who are responsible for the activities of the Task Force. The Planning Committee meets 6 times throughout the year. Additionally, three of the meetings are open meetings, in which general body members of the Task Force are welcome and encouraged to attend.
