The LBGTIQ & Allies Task Force is governed by the Planning Committee, a body of at least 7, but no more than 12, members who are responsible for the activities of the Task Force. The Planning Committee meets 6 times throughout the year. Additionally, three of the meetings are open meetings, in which general body members of the Task Force are welcome and encouraged to attend.
